What is included in the service?

Can I change what is included?
Yes, we can add certain deep cleaning items to a standard clean at an agreed extra cost.
Do I need to provide the equipment and product?
We will bring everything we need to clean a house, ensuring that the products are fitting with our ethos of eco-friendly and/or low toxic to ensure both you and us are safe.
WE DO NOT USE BLEACH.
Do I have to be home?
You don't have to be, but we will need to arrange a way of entering the house, and ensuring it is locked after we have finished. We can arrange for a key left in a safe place or give a key to be used while service is continuing.
Does it matter that I have pets?
We love furry friends, but we do advise that they need to be contained during our visit. We are not responsible for looking after any animals.
If there is excessive hair, this may incur a fee.
We will not clean any litter trays or animal excrement.
Does it matter that I have children?
We adore meeting the rest of the family! We advise that children are kept away while we are cleaning to avoid any trips, knocks or slips.
We do require that any toys, small items or sentimental belongings are to be tidied away before our arrival.
We are not responsible for looking after children 8 and under. If we enter the house and find this to be the case, we will not commence clean and you may be charged upwards of 50% of the bill.
Do I have to provide parking?
We do require somewhere near the property to be able to transport equipment. If this is not possible, we need to be told prior and advised where is most suitable to park.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured.
Breakages or damage.
If in the unfortunate event something happens, we will inform straight away with the details on how we intend to replace/repair.
If you find any damage, please inform us within 24 hours, with photographic evidence so we can do our utmost to resolve the problem.
I am not happy with the service.
If for any reason you are unhappy, please provide photographic evidence within 24 hours of service with any extra details. We will come back to resolve any issues with no extra charge.
Please note, we will not return after 24 hours or if the complaint was made about a service that was not originally agreed upon.
